MEMBER ADVANTAGES
Other advantages, besides the chamber office being your biggest cheerleader:
"I have been a member of the Buffalo Chamber for over 20 years. During that time, they have always been great to work with. You become more connected to your community and the other business owners within the community. The chamber staff have always been easy to work with and are great at answering any questions and keeping you up to date on the latest business and city news." Terry Peterson, Owner of Kid’s Haven of Buffalo
Chamber Directory/Community Resource Guide
All Chamber members are included in this annual full color guide that is distributed to over 8,000 residents and businesses in Buffalo and the surrounding areas as well as visitor centers, hotels and realty agencies.
Members businesses are listed in the guide by business type, but may also advertise in the guide that includes shopping, dining, attractions, recreation, church, relocation and event information. The guide is used as a resource for referrals, visitors, businesses and residents of Buffalo.

Let the Chamber help you celebrate your new business or new location. We will publicize your grand opening in our Member Brief Bytes and on our social media. We can also invite our Ambassadors and bring our ribbon and giant scissors for an official “grand opening” photo. We can get this photo to the local newspaper for publication at no cost to you.
Benefits of hosting a Chamber ribbon cutting include:
- Publicity for your new or newly renovated space.
- An opportunity to thank publicly your family, friends, business associates, employees and financial partners.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES & EVENTS
"We have been a member of the Chamber for over 20 years, because the Chamber brings the community and local businesses together to promote Buffalo and the surrounding areas." Eric Fink, President, Whirltronics, Inc.
Good Morning Buffalo
Good Morning Buffalo (GMB) is a monthly morning networking opportunity hosted by a member business. It is typically held for an hour, on a Thursday morning. A member hosts the meeting at their location and provides a complimentary breakfast. Each attendee will be asked to introduce themselves and talk a minute about what they do. Bring your business card for a prize drawing! Click here for the calendar page.
Good Afternoon Buffalo
Good Afternoon Buffalo (GAB) is periodically held quarterly from 4:30 pm to 6 pm on a Thursday night at a local member restaurant. This is a more casual networking opportunity. Click here for the calendar page.
Business Luncheons
These are opportunities more specifically designed to hear from our City and State government officials to keep you in the know about what is happening locally and across that state that will affect your business or your community. Offered up, generally, twice per year.
FEEDBACC
(Forum For Engagement & Educational Development Offered By The Buffalo Area Chamber of Commerce)
These business training opportunities are in an effort to talk about current business issues or business solutions. These educational sessions give you the opportunity to network with other businesses and learn something new from an expert speaker that will help you expand and improve your business. New and exciting topics each year!
Committee/Board/Ambassador Involvement
If you want to get the most from your Chamber membership, give back! You can be a part of the Board of Directors with a three year term, serve on a volunteer committee for events, or serve as an Ambassador and meet and greet other members once a month. It gives you a wider breath of knowledge and service to yourself, other business members and the community.
